Pastor Julian is a postdoctoral researcher at the Instituto de Ciencias de la Ingeniería at Universidad de O’Higgins. He earned his PhD in Biological Sciences from the University of Adelaide, where he worked on plant genetics and epigenetics using high-throughput technologies.
At Di Genoma Lab, his research centers on integrating multi-omics data to study cancer and other complex biological systems. He also works on phylogenomic analysis of SARS-CoV-2 in Chilean datasets and brings experience in mixed models, genetic architecture, and quantitative analysis of complex traits.
