Romualdo Paz is a PhD researcher at Universidad de O’Higgins with a background in biotechnology and translational research. Before returning to academia, he worked in industry as a protein and fermentation engineer, optimizing bioprocesses for the production and characterization of engineered proteins in bacterial and yeast systems.
