Infrastructure

Platforms

Di Genoma Lab operates integrated sequencing and compute infrastructure through SeqUOH and the Kütral HPC environment.

Platforms

Local infrastructure for sequencing, compute, and reproducible delivery

The lab works best when projects move directly from experimental design to scalable computation without fragile handoffs. Our infrastructure combines long-read sequencing, institutional HPC, and workflow engineering.

SeqUOH sequencing platform

SeqUOH supports Oxford Nanopore long-read applications including genome assembly, structural variation, transcriptomics, targeted sequencing, and methylation-aware analysis.

Platforms
GridION and P2 Solo
Output
10 to 580 Gb per run
Use cases
Assembly, SV, direct RNA, targeted panels

Kütral HPC

Kütral is the computational backbone for production genomics, algorithm development, high-memory assembly, institutional data control, and large-scale reproducible workflows.

Compute
1000 CPU cores
Memory
7 TB RAM
Stack
BeeGFS, Slurm, Nextflow, Open OnDemand
